Distinctly British, your pack should arrive on your doorstep within 2-3 days of placing your order in the UK. We use a range of different courier networks and do our best to keep an eye on the tracking for you so we can let you know of problems.

On occasion (recently with our last bank holiday orders) the courier didn't move on the orders for over a week. Rest assured in this instance we will always re-despatch your parcel and so you might end up getting a delivery twice. 

Customer care is our priority but if it starts to cost too much to delivery first class service we reserve the right to change our policy. 

USA, AND Europe

We offer FREE delivery in the UK and put a proportion of delivery costs as FREE for International orders too.

If ordering from Europe please switch to Pret-a-dormir in Belgium [email protected] will be able to despatch to you faster than we can in the UK.

Distinctive Deliveries to other countries

For deliveries to everywhere else in the world we are reliant on both meeting required legislation and couriers. So we try  to keep up to date with prices, but apologise that it can be very difficult as prices move constantly. Please email [email protected] Customer Services with your order if you would like a bespoke price checking for delivery to any location.

Please bear in mind if you are ordering from overseas you could be liable for import duties in your country and clearance documents are still required. If the delivery price allows we will include pre-payment of duties.

Returns & Refunds: Statutory Right To Cancel

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if you change your mind and want to return your purchase, please note we can only accept the return of fully sealed and unopened packs. This is because our items are classed as hygiene products and we could not risk the return of anything that is not completely sealed and may have been tampered with.

If you believe your product is faulty please do get in touch as we can investigate the rest of the batch from our end.  All our batches will have slight variations in colour etc as we are manufacturing limited edition batches on each occasion.

An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods. Nothing in these conditions shall affect the statutory rights of any consumer more than the law permits.

As a consumer you have the right to cancel the contract you made with us within 14 days of receiving goods. 

To try our best to always be Distinctive, we are happy to extend our guarantee to a full 28 days from the date on the dispatch note.
